I will make this short and sweet...literally.
I decided since it is mid-February, it is time to work on dropping the 10lbs I would like to lose before it starts getting warm. This is probably my 4th attempt since New Years Day. I went to the store and loaded up on healthy stuff and I finished my last bottle of wine. My diet started yesterday.
Today started off great. I had two eggs for breakfast and some shrimp for lunch. Then I took my son to a birthday party and turned down the pizza and cake. The first few days are always easy! But then I remembered that my favorite cupcake place is down the street from where the party was located and I rarely get over to that side of town. I could have just went home but...nope. I went to the damn cupcake place and then decided if I was going to eat cupcakes, I might as well cheat even more with a bottle of wine.
So there you have it. I would say that my diet is going amazingly well! Or that I just have issues. lol
I will try again tomorrow.
How can anyone resist these? Oh and if you wonder how I will be able to start again tomorrow when I bought 6 cupcakes today...that's a good thought. Most would have leftovers. Not this mom. I eat a few bites of each and then toss them. I did share with my son too!
